Where are the products from? Are they authentic?

At WunderKult, we strongly believe in quality real products. Every item presented are the ones that we use too.
If in doubt, feel free to verify with the respective brand. We’d be happy to provide you with 100% refund should you produce an official letter from the brand disapproving the authenticity of the item bought from us.

How do I shop at WunderKult? What are the payment methods available?

Our payment methods are Inter-bank Transfer, PayLah, Credit Card, and PayPal.

For payment via PayLah, our contact number is 9001 9231.

For Inter-bank Transfer and PayLah options, do note that unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

Where do you ship to?

We provide delivery within Singapore and international addresses.

I cannot find the product I am looking for.

On the search bar, simply type in the product name, description, or brand.

I tried to add the items to cart but it is “sold-out”. What do I do?

This may have occurred due to the quantity input in our settings.

How can I check if my order is received?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, please contact us at hello@wunderkult.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel nor amend it.

My order did not arrive in the stated time frame.

Please email us at hello@wunderkult.com with your order number, and our customer service team will be most glad to assist you. 

Do note that the delivery time is stated in good faith, and since it is not within our control, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery. 

I noticed an outdated date on my item. Is it expired?

No, it is very common to find manufacturing date instead of best-before date on some products.
