Return and Exchange
Your satisfaction is our priority – we do exchange for faulty/incorrect item within 7 business days from delivered date.
- We require product to be returned to us for quality inspection to prevent such rare issue from occurring again.
- The product returned must be in original unused condition, with outer packaging intact, and in perfect saleable condition.
- The product is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that the item is packed securely to prevent damage during the return transit.
Customers are strictly not eligible for refund or replacement under the following:
- You have purchased the wrong item
- You have changed your mind
- Damage occurred during the shipping process
- Used and/or opened item with security seal broken
- Any product, due to hygiene purposes, including (but not limited to) hair brushes, cosmetics, hair and beauty tools, hair and body jewellery, manicure/pedicure tools… etc.
For return, exchange, or refund, please email us at [email protected] with images of product received before sending the item back to us. If a faulty or incorrect item is received, we will bear the shipping costs for return of the item.
