Excellence HiColor Violet and Black shades are new additions to the HiColor shade range featuring 3 Violet shades and 3 Black shades that deliver true to tone color results on dark bases of hair. The collection represents a new and unique shade pallet for HiColor and L’Oreal Technique and will appeal to new HiColor users seeking Violet, Blue, Plum hair color tones to their hair. HiColor is a permanent hair color brand by L’Oreal Technique that is specifically formulated for dark bases of hair. All of the shades in the line provide multi-level lift on dark hair in one step with no brassiness. The shades are mixed in a 1:1.2 ratio with Oreor Crème Developer 30 volume (20 volume for relaxed hair). Processing time is 30 minutes at room temperature.

Directions:
Wear suitable gloves. Measure 2.5 oz. of Oreor 30 volume developer into a plastic bottle or non-metallic mixing bowl. For relaxed hair, use 20 Volume developer only. Add entire contents of Excellence HiColor tube (1.74 oz.). Shake or mix until smooth and creamy. Use exclusively with the recommended oxidant, Oreor 30 volume (9%) maximum. Use only the proportions indicated.

Application: Always apply hair color to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing.

Virgin Hair: Saturate the lengths and ends staying an inch away from the scalp, process for 20 minutes. Then apply to the root area and develop for 10 more minutes.

Retouching: Apply to the regrowth, develop for 20 minutes. Then apply to lengths and ends and process for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water until water runs clear and then shampoo. Do not use with metal tools (clips, comb, etc.) Rinse hair well after processing time.
